Andrew is a tech investor, commercial lawyer and the operational backbone of INKD. With a decade of experience negotiating SaaS agreements, partnerships, and procurement contracts, he brings a rare combination of legal precision and commercial pragmatism to everything INKD builds.
Andrew started his career at King & Wood Mallesons before moving in-house as Deputy General Counsel at amaysim, an ASX-listed telco where he managed everything from supplier negotiations to regulatory compliance. During that time, he won the Lawyers Weekly In-House Legal Team of the Year Award and helped scale the business through rapid growth and acquisition.
After amaysim, Andrew co-founded Tiger & Bear Partners, a venture and advisory firm focused on early-stage technology businesses. His experience on both sides of the table, as a lawyer and as an investor, gives him a unique perspective on what businesses actually need from their legal function.
Andrew is passionate about SaaS, contract automation, and legal design. He believes that better contracts lead to better business relationships, and that technology should make legal work faster, clearer, and more accessible for everyone.
Every INKD lawyer has worked in-house at real businesses. We understand commercial pressure, internal stakeholders, and the need to move quickly without cutting corners. That experience shapes what we build and how we support customers.
Our approach is simple. Capture your preferred positions once, turn them into playbooks, and apply them consistently across every deal. The same guardrails, fewer surprises, and a clear record of what was agreed. Whether you need to issue, negotiate, or review contracts, INKD helps your team move with confidence.
We're lawyers, designers and engineers building the future of contracting. If you want to do meaningful work with a small team that moves fast, we'd love to hear from you.
